IMPORTANT: By subscribing to MNQ Primo, you acknowledge that futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. MNQ Primo is an educational service and does not provide personalized investment advice.
1. Service Description
MNQ Primo provides automated trading signals for MNQ (Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100) futures contracts. Our service includes:
- Real-time SuperTrend-based entry and exit signals
- Delivery via Discord, Telegram, email, or webhook (tier-dependent)
- Optional automated execution via TradersPost integration
- Historical backtest data and strategy parameters
MNQ Primo is an educational signal service. We do not manage customer funds, execute trades on your behalf (except via your own TradersPost webhook), or provide personalized investment advice.
2. Regulatory Status
MNQ Primo is not registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), Commodity Pool Operator (CPO), or Introducing Broker (IB).
We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state securities regulator.
We provide educational trading signals for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, or trade execution services.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and accept all risks associated with futures trading.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Payment Processing: All payments processed via Stripe. You will be billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Promo Codes: Promotional discounts apply for the lifetime of your subscription if you maintain continuous service (no gaps in coverage).
REFUND POLICY:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@mnqprimo.com.
- After the 7-day period, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial month or partial year refunds will be issued after the 7-day window.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Risk Disclosure
FUTURES TRADING RISK DISCLOSURE:
- Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
- You can lose more than your initial investment (margin calls, overnight gaps, etc.).
- HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE: The $133k backtested annual return based on 6 MNQ contracts represents simulated results. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. Your profit scales with the number of contracts traded, and individual results will vary significantly.
- Backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading.
- Slippage, commission costs, and market conditions may significantly impact your results.
You should only risk capital you can afford to lose. Consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before trading futures.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MNQ Primo is not liable for trading losses incurred while using our signals
- We do not guarantee signal delivery (internet outages, webhook failures, etc.)
- We are not responsible for errors in third-party services (TradersPost, NinjaTrader, brokers)
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance (advance notice provided)
- Temporarily suspend service for emergency repairs
- Modify strategy parameters based on market conditions (with notification)
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our signals to third parties
- Reverse-engineer our proprietary strategy algorithms
- Share your webhook URLs or account credentials
- Use our service for illegal purposes or in violation of broker terms
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including our SuperTrend strategy parameters, backtesting methodology, and signal logic, is proprietary to MNQ Primo. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our signals for personal trading only.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Share webhook URLs or signals with non-subscribers
- Engage in abusive behavior toward support staff
- Use the service for fraudulent purposes
Refunds are not provided for terminated accounts.
10. Changes to Service
We may modify:
- Pricing (existing customers grandfathered at current rates)
- Strategy parameters (to adapt to market conditions)
- Delivery methods (with advance notice)
Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
